Job Overview:
- We are seeking a self-driven and enthusiastic candidate to fill our team's Career Advisor position. In this role, you will be accountable for conducting resume screenings, interviews, and assessments for prospective students. You will also be responsible for keeping student acquisition data up-to-date and suggesting ways to enhance the student acquisition process.
Work Scope:
- Conducts resume screening and interviews for student-applicants
- Conducts resume screening, interviews, and assessments for student-applicants
- Updates student acquisition data and recommends improvements in the student acquisition process
- Attend to student-applicant inquiries and resolve student-related concerns
- Assists in organizing and facilitating student events such as mixers, training, graduations
- Other tasks that may arise, related to the position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Psychology, Human Resource Development, Liberal Arts, or Equivalent
- Preferably with at least 6 months of experience specializing in Human Resources
- Experience in student or talent acquisition is a huge plus.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Exceptional interpersonal skills can easily establish rapport
- High customer service skills
