Job Overview:

Your role as part of the HR team is to be the first point of contact and handle the flow of people through the business as well as provide excellent employee services.

Work Scope:

  • Develop and lead recruitment plans and strategies to fill staffing needs and build a strong workforce that is aligned with the company's values.
  • Prepare and generate employees' timesheet and administers payroll using Salarium
  • Responsible for administering and monitoring of employee compensation, benefits and rewards package as well as develop and propose additional benefits based on needs and performance of the employees
  • Drive engagement for the workforce by building good people management, developing policies and providing active support for the employees and management while maintaining alignment with the company's business model.
  • Develop and execute programs and projects to evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance and analyze the effectivity of such interventions to the overall productivity of the employees
  • Design, carry out, and evaluate training programs to enhance competencies of employees and boost workplace performance in alliance with the company's core values
  • Perform projects and other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years solid experience as an HR Generalist
  • Required skills- Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Engagement, Training and Development, Performance Management
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in GSuite and sourcing tools

Salary and Benefits:

  • Junior level: 13K-22K, Senior level:25K-31K
