Job Overview:

The HR Officer will be the main point-person for all HR-related concerns, primarily recruitment. You will exemplify what a good employee is by being proactive and setting forth initiatives for the company's improvement.

Work Scope:

  • Manages end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Facilitates employee engagement activities and act as point person for employee wellness and services programs
  • Creates materials for company events and orientations
  • Conducts new hire orientation and policy orientations for old employees
  • Champions good company culture and promotes company values
  • Other tasks that may be assigned

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant working experience
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Organized, with keen attention to detail
  • Deadline-oriented, ensure on-time compliance
