In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for Junior and Senior Developer positions and related fields. You will also assist graduates of Zuitt Coding Bootcamp in finding the best-suited companies for their skills and career goals. Additionally, you will generate recruitment reports and provide support in various tasks as needed.
- Source applicants for Jr and Sr Developer positions and related fields using different job hiring platforms and social media.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants efficiently while maintaining applicant quality for Win-Win among Zuitt, employers, and applicants.
- Assist completers of Zuitt Coding Bootcamp to find the best company suited for them.
- Generate data and prepare recruitment reports regularly.
- Assist the team in other relevant tasks that may arise.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- 6-months or longer experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Understanding of client SLA’s in order to effectively identify prospective applicants.
- English comprehension and analysis skill to properly understand clients’ job description and select relevant resumes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Organized, with keen attention to detail.
