Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education to join our Japanese Language Instructor Team. You will be pivotal in imparting Japanese language skills to our students. Applicants with a bachelor's degree in Education are encouraged to apply, and language proficiency in Japanese is not a prerequisite, as we provide comprehensive training upon hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students on a day-to-day basis (day class or night class)
- Conduct student consultations as needed
- Draft materials based on the given direction
- Monitor and improve materials, teaching methodologies, and course curriculum by measuring student progress and accomplishments
- Other tasks that may arise related to the instructor's role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Must have at least six (6) months to one (1) year of teaching experience
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in Japanese language education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
- Openness to cultural exchange and a willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies
- Japanese language proficiency is optional; training will be provided for candidates without prior Japanese language background
