    Job Overview:

    • This role involves managing student-applicant interactions, from initial screening, and assessments to boot camp onboarding. You will also assist students in their journey by providing support and career advice as they transition into the tech industry as web developers. Additionally, maintaining consistent communication as a Career Advisor forms a crucial part of ensuring a positive and supportive student experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct resume screening, interviews, and assessments for student-applicants.
    • Update student acquisition data and recommend improvements in the student acquisition process.
    • Attend to student-applicant inquiries and resolve student-related concerns.
    • Regularly communicate with students and serves as their Career Advisor.

    Skills and Attitudes:

    • Good written communication skills - for answering emails, and inquiries: FB, mobile
    • Good verbal communication skills - seminar presentation, interviewing
    • Assessment skills - decision for assessment
    • Attention to detail/accuracy - for recording stats, monitoring, reporting/li>
    • Customer service - applicants and students
    • Coordinating skills - intra-team, inter-team interactions
    • Critical & creative thinking - for addressing "urgent" concerns, problem-solving, being able to think on their feet
    • Research skills - for "precedent" cases, for other creative tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Psychology, Human Resource Development, Liberal Arts, or Equivalent
    • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience specializing in Human Resources
    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills can easily establish rapport
    • High customer service skills
    • Must have a stable internet connection and a working laptop/PC with a webcam and headphones
    • Must have an allotted conducive working environment
