Zuitt is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Japanese Language Instructor Team. In this role, you will help students develop their Japanese language skills and support them throughout their learning journey. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in education who are interested in language instruction and cultural learning. Japanese language proficiency is not required upon application, as comprehensive training will be provided to qualified candidates upon hiring.
- Conduct Japanese language classes for beginner to intermediate-level students on a daily basis.
- Handle either day or night class schedules, depending on program needs
- Provide student consultations and learning support as needed
- Prepare and develop teaching materials based on the prescribed direction and curriculum
- Monitor student progress and assess learning outcomes
- Recommend improvements to teaching materials, delivery methods, and course curriculum
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to student learning and class experience
- Perform other duties related to the instructor role as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Education with at least six (6) months to one (1) year of teaching experience
- Passion for teaching and genuine interest in Japanese language education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Open to cultural exchange and willing to learn new teaching methodologies
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage but not required
- Training will be provided to candidates without prior Japanese language background
