Accountant (CPA) SUBMIT APPLICATION

Zuitt is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic Finance Team. This is a multi-faceted role designed for a professional who excels in maintaining financial integrity while supporting continuous improvement across finance operations. From mastering BIR compliance and leading internal audits to mentoring team members, you will play an essential role in strengthening operational efficiency and supporting the company’s long-term financial health.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Conduct month-end account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy
Oversee BIR compliance and tax filing requirements
Perform internal audits and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
Assist payroll processing, reimbursements, and fixed asset tracking
Lead peer-to-peer training initiatives to provide guidance to team members on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
Help develop and improve internal accounting policies and procedures
Work closely with internal teams and the Accounting Supervisor to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Support special finance projects and management reporting requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR Regulations
Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience with accounting systems is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly proficient in spreadsheet use
Organized with keen attention to detail
Deadline-oriented and able to ensure on-time compliance
