Zuitt is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Junior Legal-Admin Associate to join our Legal-Admin Team. In this role, you will support the company’s legal and administrative operations by assisting in corporate secretarial work, government compliance, document preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will play an important part in helping ensure that legal documents and compliance requirements are handled accurately, properly documented, and submitted on time.
- CSupport corporate secretarial and legal documentation work, including drafting, reviewing, filing, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate with lawyers, government agencies, and third parties for legal and compliance requirements
- Handle liaison and field work with government offices and private entities
- Monitor legal and compliance documents to help ensure timely submission and proper documentation
- Assist with day-to-day legal-administrative tasks and other related responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field with at least six (6) months of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, or at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role for undergraduate applicants.
- Working knowledge of government compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage deadlines and ensure timely compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly trainable, patient, and a team player.
- Display meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy in legal documentation and compliance reports.
- Can exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, addressing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Can efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to do well-conducted legal and admin research in improving the substance of legal and admin work as well as explaining theories, concepts, and ideas related to legal and admin matters.
