The digital marketer is a vital role in our goal to provide learning oppotunities in the tech industry. As an EdTech start-up, we aim to equip the public with the skills to build their careers as software developers. Your role as part of the digital marketing team is to drive web traffic and maximize applicant-to-student conversions. You'll learn and utilize multiple technologies, such as marketing automation, Zapier, CRM, Jenkins, Asana, and Django.
- Help develop marketing strategies by improving market personae, customer journey, user funnel, and competitor research
- Optimize existing acquisition strategies: Video FB ads, Google Ads, MGM, marketing automation
- Increase applicant-to-student conversion by improving web presence using marketing data
- Gauge, monitor, and report on the performance of all digital marketing assets
- Supervise and train the marketing team
- Other tasks that may arise related to the digital marketer role
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- at least 8 years of experience in marketing, 2 years in digital marketing
- Deep knowledge of any digital marketing avenue (Social, SEM, SEO, EDM, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal English commounication skills
- Experience in implementing data-driven initiatives
- Task-driven
- Salary: P40,000 - P85,000 / month
- Passion for Performance: Salary increase is based on performance appraisals done every quarter. Employee health is essential. Each staff gets a Healthcard, 15 Vacation and 15 Sick Leaves per year, +104 leaves per year called Saturdays and Sundays.
- Passion for Learning: Each staff receives a training allowance of up to P24,000 per 2 years
