Lead Instructors are responsible for teaching coding to beginner students with no prior IT background or experience, aspiring to become full stack web developers. Aside from this, the incumbent is expected to join trainings and meetings to keep up-to-date with the latest tech, such as AWS, Vue, React, TESDA certification, et al. The position’s work schedule is every Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 1pm-10pm.
- Teach students on a day-to-day basis (day class or night class)
- Conduct student consultations as needed
Monitor and improve course curriculum when necessary
- Improve students' learning experience by adjusting software, hardware and network
- Join meetings with advanced IT corporations around Metro Manila and provide training for them
- Other tasks that may arise related to the instructor role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience as a developer or an instructor
- Experience using any of PHP, Python, JavaScript with Node.js
- Knowledge and experience in other IT languages a plus
- Comfortable teaching non-IT majors
- Salary: P30,000 - P36,000 / month
Bi-annual performance appraisal as basis for salary increase and bonuses
